But in special cases, we also support direct hiring of Georgian IT specialists by your company – if this proves to be the best fit for your long-term needs.

We carefully evaluate whether direct employment is a better option than a flexible team model. If so, we’ll connect you with outstanding candidates from our trusted network in Georgia – people we know personally and professionally.

This direct hire model includes:

• A one-time placement fee equal to 200 daily rates of the agreed salary

• Full exit of itix after the hiring process

• No ongoing obligation or interference

This is the exception – not our business model.
We recommend direct hire only when flexible collaboration models are not viable and both sides are aligned for permanent employment.
